On 12 February 1886 she married Wesley Lamoni Jones in Fort McDowell, Gila County, Arizona. Wesley was born 26 August 1865 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They had eight children: Wesley Myron, Amy Jane, Wiley Colton, Emest Martm, Curtis Lamoni, Miles Franklin, Abert Perry and Edwin Sanders.
Wesley died 29 August 1909 in Taylor, Navajo County, Arizona, and was buried there. Phebe died 9 May 1950 in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona. She was buried 12 May 1950 in Greenwood Cemetery in Phoenix.
