Mrs. E. Olivier succumbs today

Mrs. Ernestine Sanders Olivier 86, died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Ira Porche, today (Saturday) at 2 a.m. after a two-month illness.

Exposition of body will be Sunday. Funeral services will be held Monday from Ibert's
Mortuary with religious rites in the Church of the Assumption at 10:00 a.m. requiem high mass. Interment will be in the Franklin cemetery.

Mrs. Olivier was born in Jeanerette and lived most of her life in St. Mary Parish. She active in church work and services and was a member of the Ladies Altar Society, She was married to Euzelien Olivier, a construction worker, who proceeded her in death 29 years ago.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Ira "Laura Belle" Porche, Miss Eunice "Coon" Olivier and Mrs. Anatole "Marcelite" Naquin all of Franklin: Five son, Donald "Chuck" Olivier of Franklin, Marcellus "Moxie" Olivier of Jacksonville, Florida, Dewey J. Olivier of Lafayette, Stanley C. "Buster" Olivier of Dallas: one sister, Mrs. Lewis Estelle of New Orleans, 25 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her children, Wilson, Mabel and Lennis.
