Helen Maylock, of Lancaster and formerly of Mount Wolf, died May 4, 2009.

She was a daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Kostik) Sagan.

Helen retired from Maple Press after 22 years of employment, and had also worked in the cafeteria of Northeastern High School for seven years. She was a member of Holy Infant Catholic Church in York Haven, and was also a member of the Maple Press Retirees, and the Heritage Senior Center in Dover. She was an avid Mount Wolf Baseball Fan, and was a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was the wife of Henry A. Maylock, who also died on the 4th of May in 1991, and is survived by two daughters, Diane L. McCloskey, and husband Jim, of Lancaster and Donna M. Eisenhart, and husband Jeff, of Aiken, SC; one granddaughter, Michelle Leber, and husband Dan, of Lancaster; three step-grandchildren, David Eisenhart, and wife Kim, of York, Kristy Eisenhart of Illinois, and Aimee Phillips, and husband Ryan, of Illinois; one great-grandson, Tyler Leber of Lancaster; and four step great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Richard H. Maylock.
