Lelah G. Bramel, 85, Campbellsville, died April 22, 2009, at the Grand View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Campbellsville.

Bramel was born Aug. 9, 1923, in Fleming County.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Roy Neville Bramel; parents, Tivis and Eva Ritchie Rucker; two brothers; and one sister.

Survivors include: two sons, Roy N. Bramel II of Campbellsville; and John Bramel of Lebanon; a sister, Verena West of Flemingsburg; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The funeral service was held April 24 at Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, with burial in Lebanon National Cemetery.

Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.

Pallbearers were Curtis Wayne, Steve, Zachary, Gordon, Jonathan and Loraine and Dwayne Ingram.

Bosley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
