Mrs. Bertha Blevins, 73, died at 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 15, 1974, at the Methodist Hospital in Louisville. Mrs. Blevins was a resident of 106 Chariot Ct., Louisville, Ky., and a former resident of Campbellsville. She was a native of Green County born December 18, 1901, the daughter of the late Zade and Viola Rucker. Mrs. Blevins was the widow of the late John William Blevins who preceded her in death in 1955. Survivors include one son, Billy Frank Blevins of Amarillo, Texas, one daughter, Mrs. John Phillip Salmon of Louisville, Ky., and one sister, Mrs. Ada Blevins of Campbellsville. Three grandchildren also survive. Funeral services were held from the Lyon Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 17, 1974, with the Rev. Wilber Whitley of the St. Marks Methodist Church officiating. Interment followed in the Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers were J.W.
