Mrs. J. R. Dickerhoff
Scottdale - Mrs. Margaret Rowe Dickerhoff, 79, formerly of Scottdale, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Marguerite Harden, at 1524 Orange Ave., Tavares, Fla at 7:35 p.m. Wednesday after a lingering illness.
She was born Oct. 5, 1880, at Barren Run, a daughter of the late Frank and Lillie Rowe. She was the widow of James R. Dickerhoff.
She was a member of the Assembly of God Church of Scottdale, Rebekah Lodge and Woman's Benefit Assn. of Connellsville and also a former member of Scottdale Order of Easter Star. No. 383.
Surviving in addition to Mrs. Harden are four sons, Franklin of Malverne, N.Y., James of Farming, N.M., Charles of National City, Calif., and Alva Cottom Dickerhoff of San Francisco, Calif., four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one brother, Wes Rowe.
The body will be at the Ferguson funeral home after 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Intermanet will be in barren Run Cemetery near Smithton.
