Widow, Lydia Moury (26 Ohio) appears in the 1850 United States Federal Census (19 September 1850) for White Oak Township, Highland, Ohio (page 325, family 460) along with her daughter Helena J. Moury (4 Ohio). They were living with her widowed father, Lazarus Rofs (65 Virginia, Cooper). Also in the home was Granville Rofs (10 Ohio).

Her real estate was valued at $500, and personal property at $250. It appears that she is widowed again on this census. Her daughter, Helena Mourer is listed as; Helena Waldren. She appears to have been adopted by Elijah Waldren, Sr. Jefferson Waldren is apparently a child of Elijah Waldren, Sr. by his first marriage.
