Maxine Romine Arrowood
Maxine Romine Arrowood, age 87, of Marion, N.C. passed away Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Hospice of Rutherford County.
Mrs. Arrowood was born in Cocke County, TN on November 30, 1923 and was a daughter of the late W.A. Romine and Mattie Sutton Romine.
She was an active member of Ridgeway Free Will Baptist Church. She had a love for her family and friends that will always be remembered by them. She enjoyed working in her flower garden.
Saddened by the loss of Mrs. Arrowood are four children: Cheryl Hensley and husband John of Sevierville, TN, Norman Arrowood and wife Wanda, Robert G. Arrowood and wife Linda and Pat Vaughn and husband Larry, all of Marion; one sister, Betty Jo Trinks of Marion; six grandchildren: Dwayne Morgan, Amy Ward, Chris Vaughn, Steven Arrowood, Tracy Poole and Robbie Vaughn and nine great grandchildren.
Interment will be in Ridgeway Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
