She was the daughter of Joseph Alexander Rogers and Eleanor Jane Tijou Rogers.
On January 4, 1915 as Lila Ida Maud Rogers, she married Arthur E. Finlay in Seattle, Washington.
On April 3, 1919 as Lila Rogers, she married B.E. Boone at Pierce County, Washington.
They were the parents of four children including Beverly Boone Truly (1927-1986).
Her third marriage was to Alfred Bass.
