SUPPLY - Christine Robinson Dosher, age 74, of Sabbath Home Road, died Tuesday, April 1, 2003, in the Dosher Nursing Center, Southport, NC.
Born in Brunswick County, NC, on December 6, 1928, she was a daughter of the late John H. and Lottie Holden Robinson. Mrs. Dosher was a member of Dixon Chapel United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Dosher and a son, Robert Lynn Dosher.
Survivors include two sons, Don Dosher and wife Sherry, Dean Dosher and wife Glenda, all of Supply; five grandchildren, Craig Dosher, Jason Dosher, Heather Carmichael, Heath Dosher and Jessica Dosher; a great-grandchild, Bailey Carmichael; and a sister, Cornelia Varnam.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2003, in the Dixon Chapel United Methodist Church with The Reverend Jeanne Ray, Dr. John Gray and The Reverend Doug Worley officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Pallbearers will be Thad Dosher, Jason Dosher, Heath Dosher, Danny Galloway, Eddie Galloway, Sherman Varnam. Honorary pallbearers will be Ed Varnum, Weston Varnum, Roy Hewett, Eldred Robinson, Dale Varnam.
