George Colston Robinson, 38, passed away at Taylor County Hospital September 15, 1979 after a long illness.

He was born in Taylor County, the son of the late George Robinson and Mrs. Christine Robinson.

He professed hope in Christ at an early age and joined First Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his mother: Mrs. Christine Robinson, Campbellsville; one sister: Mrs. Elizabeth Jane Rogers, Aurora, Illinois; two brothers: Harold and William Robinson, both of Campbellsville; two half-sisters: Misses Peggy and Kathy Robinson; one step-brother: Billy Robinson, all of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 18, at 1 o'clock at B. J. Brown Funeral Home. Rev. Walter Johnson officiated. Interment was in Crown Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were H. D. Smith, Joseph Rowe, Ken Fisher, Jeff Williams, Ronnie Scott, and Robert L. Durham.
