Robertson-Baird
The marriage of Miss Eleanor Robertson and Mr. Marvin Davidson Beard, of Hardinsburg, was solemnized quietly Saturday at noon at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin J. Robertson, on Fourth street. The Rev. Arthur R. Kasey, pastor of the Union Methodist Temple, performed the ceremony in the presence of the immediate families.
Mr. and Mrs. Beard motored to French Lick Spring, later in the afternoon, where they will remain until Tuesday, when they will return to Louisville for a short stay before going home. Later in August, Mr. and Mrs. Beard will motor to Chicago and Charlevoix, Mich. – Louisville Courier-Journal
