Her family history is a bit of a mystery to my family. I have done some research, I believe her parents are William Christopher Columbus Roberts (FAG # 47645578) and Rebecca A. Price b. 1848 Butler Co., Alabama d. 1881 Houston Co., Texas. William and Rebecca were married 7/17/1873 Polk Co., Texas. After Rebecca's death, William married her sister Pennie Jane Price.
In the Polk Co., Texas 6/19/1880 Census, it lists a W. C. Roberts (29), wife Rebecca A. (30), daughter Mary J.(5) and son David L. (2/12).
I believe Mollie's name to be Mary Jane Roberts. It is known by my family that her maiden last name is Roberts.
The Oktibbeha Co., Mississippi 7/12/1860 Census, lists:
Sanders Roberts (32), wife, Martha (31), children:
William (10), John (8), Thomas (7), George (4), & Emma (2), & Nancy Miller (probably Martha's sister) (21).
John Sanders Roberts b. abt. 1827 North Carolina d. Bef. 1870 Louisiana/Texas.
Martha Frances Miller b. Oct. 1828 Alabama d. Bef. 1870 Louisiana/Texas.
The Butler Co., Alabama 11/23/1850 Census, lists:
David Price (2?), Zilphia (26), Rebecca (1), and
David Solomon Price b. 1826 Georgia d. Aft. 1862, Civil War. Zilphia Hollis Odam b. 3/10/1825 Butler Co., Alabama d. Aft. 1900 Houston Co., Texas.

The place you filled many years ago,Spreads out among the ones you left, who would have loved you so.I wonder how you lived and loved,I wonder if you knew,That someday I would find this spot,And come to visit you.|
