Mrs. Emma Mary Roberts Long, 80, widow of James M. Long, died Sunday, May 4, 1947, at her home in Charleroi. Mrs. Long was born December 22, 1866, in Greene County, a daughter of the late Lemuel and Clemma Stewart Roberts. She moved from Carmichaels to Charleroi in 1890. She was a member of the Charleroi Presbyterian Church and the Charleroi American Legion Auxiliary. Surviving are two sons and two daughters: Miss Edna Long, Mrs. Georgia Gibson, R.J. Long and L.Roberts Long; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
