Nancy L. Brennan, 63, of Excello, MO, passed away at her home Thursday morning, January 20, 2011.
Nancy was born on September 4, 1947, in Macon, MO, the daughter of Louis Rowland and Jayne (Gilstrap) Roberts. She was united in marriage to James R. Brennan on January 2, 1980, in Miami, OK.
Nancy was a member of the Kaseyville Baptist Church. Nancy was a real estate broker with Brennan Realty for many years and loved the farming community. She was also a member of the Callao Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed cooking, fishing, her country and especially her family. Her life was committed to serving the Lord, her church, and others.
Nancy is survived by her husband, James R. Brennan, of the home; her parents, Louis Rowland and Jayne Roberts of Callao; five children, Kelli Compton and her husband Arnold of Excello, Troy Coffman and his wife Melissa of Ottumwa, IA, Kerri Wyatt and her husband Kevin of Callao, Lynn Reid and her husband Dale of Excello, and Kandi Chapman and her husband Gator of Huntsville, MO; 12 grandchildren, Ashton, Tanner, and Logan Compton, Katrina Stewart and her husband Andrew, Karcie, Keegan, Khloe, Klaire Wyatt, Faith and Cash Reid, Brennan and Ireland Chapman; and one great-grandson, Liam Stewart; one brother, Rick Roberts and his wife Joyce of Callao; one sister, Jana Craig and her husband Jay of Griggsville, IL; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by one infant sister, Carol Ann Roberts.
