She was born July 19, 1973, in San Diego, Calif., the daughter of Merritt Vincent and Deborah Roberson. Anisa grew up in San Diego; she attended All Saints Episcopal Elementary School, Gompers Junior High, and graduated from Crawford High School. She resided in Ohio the past 8 years where she made many friends. She married Randy Bowers on July 20, 2013.
Anisa was a member and singer at the Four Square Gospel Church in Conneaut. She was a talented concert pianist, playing since she was 5 years old. She truly found her heart when she sang. She was the lead singer of the "Dirty Lew Crew Band" and also sang in other Gospel and Church Groups. She loved the Arts; dancing, singing, and theater were among the favorites, but most of all she loved her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Goldene Roberson.
A Memorial Service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, March 8th, at Four Square Gospel Church FFC, 641 Mill St., Conneaut, with Pastor Daniel Halstead officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery in San Diego, Calif.
Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to her mother, Deborah Roberson, in care of the Thompson-Smith-Nesbitt Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses and educational expenses for Samaria.
