There is a burial for Phebe next to her husband Squire's grave in the Squire Boone Cemetery, Luther, Boone County, Iowa. And records show that was where she lived in their old age. So I suspect this monument is a memorial only, since they had children buried here before they moved on and settled in Iowa.
Phebe was the daughter of John Thomas Rissler and Catherine Musedora (Boone) Rissler.
