TULARE -- Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Tulare Cemetery for Lorene H. Dillard, 83, of Tulare. Born in Okemah, Okla., she died of cancer Thursday.
She was a cook for Tulare City Schools for 17 years. Her husband, Frank Dillard, died in 1968. She was a member of First Christian Church in Tulare.
She is survived by three daughters, Earlene Bartel of Tulare, Marilyn Springer of Elk Grove and Carolyn Coe of Presoctt, Ariz.; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 3-8 p.m. Monday and from 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Hamilton Peers-Lorentzen Funeral Chapel.
