Frances Lou Hill, 88, passed away on April 24, 2014. She was born in Norfolk, VA, to the late David Richardson and Marion Beville Richardson . She was also predeceased by her loving husband, Robert C. Hill; and daughter-in-law, JoAnn Hill. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Richard Hill and his wife Margaret, David Hill, Frank Hill, Steven Hill; daughter, Sandra Hill; grandson, Robert B. Hill and his wife Mary; granddaughter, Angela D. Harris and her husband Thomas; great grandchildren, Cheyene Hill, Gabrielle Hill, Shannon Harris, Tammy Harris, William Harris; and her loving dog, Buddy. Frances was employed at Central Drug Store for many years. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 28, 2014, at Miles Memorial United Methodist Church with Pastor John Haynes officiating. The burial will follow the services in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, April 27, 2014, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family has entrusted to Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the church.
