Mrs. Ida Cloud Dies After Lengthy Illness
Friends of Mrs. Ida Cloud were saddened to learn of her death which occurred at the home of her daughter on Broughton St. Saturday morning, November 19, after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Cloud was a native of Decatur County and the widow of the late Mr. Morgan Cloud.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Rosa Strickland and Mrs. Lela Griffin of Bainbridge; one son, Wash Cloud of Bainbridge; one brother, M. C. Rich of Chipley, Fla.; and six grand children.
The funeral service was held Sunday afternoon from Mt. Olive Church at 3:00 p. m. with the Reverend E. S. Anderson officiating.
Active pallbearers were W. F. Bennett, Emory Rich, Ralph Rich, Cecil Hodges, Needam Hayes, and Guss Rich.
Interment was made in Mt. Olive Cemetery with E. W. Cox and Sons in charge.
