ALLEN Funeral Services for Flora Mae Rhoden Allen (73) of Baldwin, FL will be held 11:00 A.M., Friday, August 25, 2006 at the First Assembly of God Church, Baldwin, Florida with Rev. Burt Hutson officiating. The interment will immediately follow in Macedonia Cemetery, MacClenny, Florida. Mrs. Allen was born March 2, 1933 in MacClenny, Florida, daughter of the late James Eddie Rhoden and the former Nellie Ellen Garrett. She passed away August 22, 2006 in Jacksonville, FL following a brief illness. She is survived by: Husband of 43 Years, Artis Allen; Seven Children, Darlene (Phillip) Chessman, David (Sherry) Thompson, Darrell Roberts, Debbie (Tim) Brown, Bo (Athena) Allen, David (GeorgeAnne) Allen, and H.L. (Myrl) Sheffield; Two Sisters, Katherine Hicks, and Malinda (Harold) Wilson; Eighteen Grandchildren and Ten Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased in death by: Infant Brother, Lawerence Rhoden; Three Sisters, Ernestine Sangster, Rosenell Burnsed, and Marigold Rhoden (Infant). Serving as pallbearers: Chris Thompson, Kyle Thompson, Clint Thompson, John Roberts, T.J. Brown, and Brandon Allen. The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M., Thursday, August 24, 2006 in the chapel of Prestwood Funeral Home.
