Deaver Man Alec Reinhardt Died Friday
Funeral services for Alec Reinhardt, 62, Deaver, were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday afternoon from the Deaver Methodist Church with the Rev. Howard Hunter officiating.
Mr. Reinhardt died Friday night, Feb. 18 at his home of an apparent heart attack. He was born Sept. 23, 1909 in Russia. The family moved to the United States in 1912. They lived in Michigan, South Dakota and Worland before moving to Deaver in 1924. He moved to South Dakota and later returned to Deaver in 1933.
He married Opal Frame May 24, 1930 at Billing, Mont. He has worked as a heavy equipment operator in the Frannie-Deaver oil fields. He retired in 1966.
Survivors include the widow; a son Robert, Pueblo, Colo.; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Lohrenz, Powell; four brothers, Robert, Sturgis, S.D., Ed, Nisland, S.D., Bill, Glendive, Mont., and John, Glenrock; six sisters, Mrs. Adam Pauley, Vale S. D., Mrs. Hank Lundgren, Sturgis, S. D.; Mrs. Jake Herman, Belle Fourche, S. D., Mrs. Reuben Lundgren, Vale, S. D., Mrs. Duane Mailloux, Hardin, Mont., and Mrs. Alfred Delatore, San Francisco and five grandchildren.
Burial in the Deaver-Frannie Cemetery, Easton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
