Mrs. Elmer Reese of Skidmore died Monday at her home. She had been ill for a year. Funeral services ere held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Methodist church in Skidmore conducted by the Rev. W. H. Thompson of Craig. Burial was in the Graham cemetery.
Mrs. Reese was 56 years of age. She is survived by her husband; one son, Glen Shipps of St. Joseph; one daughter, Mrs. Chester Kime of La Porte, Ind.; her father, Henry F. King, Skidmore; three grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Hazel Mason, Des Moines, Ia.; a brother, Earl King, Osgood, Mo., and several nieces and nephews.

Ethel's first husband was I. Dwight Shipps. They married 05 JUN 1910 in Half Roch, Mercer Co., Missouri. They had two known children, Glenn E. and Gladys P.
