Mrs. King
Services for Ethel King, 79, of Rt. 6, Palestine, will be today at 3 p.m. in Bailey Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with the Revs. Otis Felton and Roger Marsh officiating. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Elkhart.
Mrs. King was born Aug. 26, 1905 in Anderson County to John and Melissa Peirson Rea. She died Friday night at her home.
She was a member of Lone Pine Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Deal King; two sons, Lawrence King and Travis King, both of Houston; one daughter, Sally Stubbs of Palestine; one brother, George Rea of Elkhart; three sisters, Estelle McKinney of Elkhart, Griffie Penrod of Conroe and Edna Kibby of Jacksonville; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Condolence calls will be received at the family home, 723-xxxx.
Nephews will serve as pall bearers.
