CAROLINE M. RAUP
AGE 77 YEARS
Caroline M. Raup, formerly of Limestoneville, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Evangelical Community Hospital after battling Multiple Sclerosis for the past 40 years.
Born December 6, 1938 in the Watsontown area, she was the daughter of the late Morris and Helen (Auker) Keiser. She was married to Benjamin H. Raup, Sr. for 45 years until his death November 10, 2005.
She graduated from Watsontown High School in 1956. Earlier in life she had worked at Philco-Ford and later at RiverWoods.
She enjoyed reading, camping and listening to Blue Grass music.
Surviving are three daughters and two sons-in-law: Teresa A. and Greg McElroy of Wildwood, FL; Rita F. Raup, Milton; and Susan M. and James Bowersox, Mifflinburg; a son and daughter-in-law, Benjamin H., Jr. and Patricia Raup, McEwensville; 7 grandchildren: six great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Letha Derr, New Columbia; Maxine Robbins, rural Muncy; and Corolla Anderson in Florida.
