Annie Laurie Ratterree was born April 11, 1894 in Texas, daughter of Pinckney Yarbrough Ratterree (1861-1915) and Laura Agnes Luther (1863-1906).

On October 9, 1912 in Bryan County, Oklahoma, Annie married Lee Redden Campbell, who was born February 11, 1883 in Texas.

L. R. had first been married to Fanny Cannon who was born February 26, 1887 in Texas and died August 14, 1911 in Grayson County, Texas. L. R. had four children by that earlier marriage, Paul, Brice, Vera, and Velma.

The 1920 Federal Census for Durant Ward 2, Oklahoma (Bryan County) shows L. R. Campbell, a cotton buyer, age 36, born in Texas; and his wife, Annie L., age 25, born in Texas. Living with them were three of L.R.'s four children by his first wife: Paul, age 16, born in Texas; Vera, age 12, born in Oklahoma; and Velma, age 10, born in Oklahoma. Also living with L.R. and Annie in 1920 was Annie's daughter, Vivian, age 5, born in Oklahoma. L. R. and Fanny's son, Brice, had died December 1, 1918 in Durant and was buried there in Highland Cemetery.

The 1930 Federal Census for Durant, Oklahoma (Bryan County) shows L. R. Campbell, an independent cotton buyer, age 46, born in Texas; and his wife, Annie, age 35, born in Texas. Living with them were L.R.'s daughter, Velma, age 20, born in Oklahoma; and L.R. and Annie's daughter, Vivian, age 15, born in Oklahoma.

L. R. died in 1935 in Durant, Oklahoma (Bryan County) and was buried there in the Highland Cemetery. The 1940 Federal Census for Durant, Oklahoma (Bryan County) shows Annie Campbell, a widow, age 46, born in Texas.

Annie died April 19, 1991 in Durant, Oklahoma (Bryan County) and was buried there near her husband in Highland Cemetery.
