Merle Harper Ragsdale was born July 30, 1920 and passed away June 22, 2009 at the age of 88. She is survived by her sons Stephen Ragsdale and Stan Ragsdale and his wife Zodi, grandchildren Wendy Ragsdale, Stacie Renee Ragsdale, Chase Ragsdale, and Summer Ragsdale, great grandchild, Gabrielle Renee Ragsdale, and two brothers, Gene Harper and Art Harper. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 Friday, June 26, 2009 at Anderson Clayton Funeral Home, officiated by Duane Myers. Interment will be at Grove Hill Cemetery in Dallas. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-8 at Anderson Clayton.
