A native of Centerville, Mrs. Banks was the wife of the late Carl Banks, and the daughter of the late Grover and Minnie Jane Quillen. She was a homemaker and a member fo the Aetna Church of Christ.
She leaves her brother, Bill Quillen of Centerville.
