Mrs. Quattlebaum was a native of Lexington County, SC, and was a life long resident of Aiken County. She was a retired draw frame operator for Graniteville Company and Seminole Mills with over 32 years of service Mrs. Quattlebaum was a member of the Senior Adult Sunday School Class and a member of Rocky Springs Baptist Church.
Mrs. Quattlebaum was predeceased by one son, Lance Barfield; one daughter, Mary Ellen Johnson; five brothers, Lawrence, Clarence, George, Ott, and John Smith; three sisters, Eula Gunter, Essie Lee Gant, Rosa Lee Hall, and two grand children, Sandra Waters and Brenda Porter.
