St. George, UT - Zachary Thomas Pulsipher passed away at his home on December 11, 2011. He was born on July 27, 1998 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Mark and Wendy Pulsipher. The first eight years of Zach's life was spent in Greensboro, NC and the last five years were spent in St. George, UT.

Zach was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He served as the Deacon's Quorum President for seven months, and this calling brought him a great amount of joy. Whether it was bringing in the neighbor's garbage cans or taking care of their cats while they were away, Zach enjoyed helping other people. He also had a vibrant personality that brought smiles to everyone's faces. Zach was a faithful home teacher, with his father as his companion. Zach both touched and brought joy to those whom he home taught.

One of Zach's favorite hobbies was drumming. He was an accomplished musician with an amazing talent. He also enjoyed golfing, especially with his father-they cherished their time together. Zach earned his black belt in Karate on July 15, 2010. Zach was an excellent student and performed well in all his classes. His teachers always had the best things to say about him. Zach loved his family, and his family loves him. He loved when his older siblings came home to visit, and the times we went on family vacations together. His family was a great source of happiness to him.

Zach filled our lives with incredible joy. He always made us laugh. We were so excited about the young man he was becoming. We were so happy to be together with him. Our family was complete when he was with us. We all have special memories of him that we will carry in our hearts forever. We look forward to being together as a family someday, never to be apart again. We love you Zach, always and forever.

Zach is survived by his parents: Mark and Wendy Pulsipher; and his siblings: Chelsea Pulsipher McCleve (Jeff), Aaron Mark Pulsipher (Katie), and Rachel Pulsipher, and his adorable niece, Brooklynn McCleve. His grandmother, Sally Payne, and his grandfather, Harlan Pulsipher, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive him.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Little Valley LDS Stake Center, 1762 South River Road, St. George, Utah.
