Funeral services for David E. Puckett died at his residence at Pacolet Mills, SC, Wednesday morning, Aug. 14, 1946, will be held at 4:40 this afternoon at Montgomery Memorial Methodist Church, by the Revs. H. E. Bullington and W. T. Tate. Nephews will serve as active pallbearers. The body will be at the home after 10 this morning and will be taken to the Church at 3. Mr. Puckett was a life long resident of Spartanburg County, SC, son of the late John and Martha McBride Puckett. He was a member of the Montgomery Memorial Methodist Church. Survivors included: his wife, Mrs. Hannah Puckett; two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Eubanks and Mrs. Elliott Sherbert. He was 74 years of age at demise and interment was in the White Rose Cemetery.
