Gussie "Ms. Bea" Bethel
Ms. Bethel passed away surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

She was born December 16, 1938, to Augustus Pryor and Matilda Watson Pryor. Her compassion and sweet spirit touched all who knew her. She
was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend John R. Bethel; a brother, Ben Pryor; and her parents.

She is forever carried in the hearts of her daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Dennis LeDuff; and grandson, Brandon LeDuff. She is also
survived by her sister, Maggie Sneed Rooks; brothers, Oliver Pryor and Norman Pryor; four brothers-in-law, Melvin Bethel (Edna), Alfred
Bethel, Garland Bethel (Azerlean), and Reginald Bethel (Lula); nieces, Stacy Sneed, April Bethel, and Jasmine Bethel; nephew, Garland Bethel Jr. (Elissa); and a host of other loved ones and
friends.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at Christian Chapel C.M.E. Church in Dallas.

Interment will follow at Tyler Memorial Cemetery.
