MARGARET GUNTI PRIDDY, 88, of Memphis, former dramatics teacher, died Thursday at St. Peter Manor, where she was a resident for 14 years. Mass will be said at 1 p.m. today at St. Louis Catholic Church, where she was a communicant, with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown. Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown has charge.

Mrs. Priddy, the widow of F. Clifton Priddy, leaves three daughters, Judith Orr of Athens, Pa., and Brenda Priddy and Margaret Roberson, both of Memphis; two sons, Forrest Priddy of Cordova and Lyle Priddy of Arlington, Va., seven grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. The family requests any memorials be sent to St. Peter Manor Chapel Fund.
