Mrs. Alice M. Atwell 74 of Sicklers Trailer Park, widow of William J. Atwell, died yesterday at the Broadacres Hospital after a long illness. She was born in Washington Mills, daughter of Herbert and Ellen Sullivan Prentice. She attended Washington Mills Schools. She was married to Mr. Atwell in Avoca, PA in 1920. He died in 1949. Mrs. Atwell had lived in Whitesboro for the past 10 years, earlier having lived in Warsaw, NY for 25 years. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Sam (Bernice) Patti of Miami, Florida; 2 sisters Mrs. Rae Alliegro and Mrs. Zeta Coe, both of Whitesboro. The funeral will be at 8:30 Saturday from the Wells and Lloyd Funeral Home with a blessing at 9 at St. Thomas Church, New Hartford and a graveside service at 2 at Warsaw Cemetery, Warsaw
