Betty June Morgan, 50, of Fostoria, died . Tuesday, Aug. 18, 1998, in Fostoria Community Hospital of natural causes.She was born in Columbus, to Clarence H. and Rosemary (Overstreet) Porter. Her father survives in Ft. Myers, Fla. Her husband, the Rev. Jerry L. Morgan, whom she married March 1, 1970, in Pataskala, survives in Fostoria.
Other survivors include: two sons, Jared B. and Micah J. Morgan, both of Fostoria; two daughters, Mrs. Scott (Deborah K.) Mertz of Louisville, Ky. and Mary Christine ''Christy'' Morgan of Fostoria; a brother, Daniel Porter of Bexley; two sisters, Mrs. James (Mary Kay) Scott of Westerville and Mrs. John (Saundra) Insley of Carey; and two grandchildren.
Her mother is deceased.
Mrs. Morgan, a homemaker and pastor's wife, was a 1966 graduate of Walnut Ridge High School, Columbus. She attended the Ohio State University and graduated from the Christ For The Nations Institute, Dallas, Texas.
