Funeral services for Mrs. Laura Jo (Mama Jo) Poole Howard will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA. Mama Jo, as so many people called her, loved babies as evidenced by her work in the nursery at Ridge Avenue Baptist Church for over 30 years. She also loved flowers which was evident to all who ever passed her house. However, maybe her greatest joy besides Jesus and her family, was Southern Gospel Music. All who knew her were very aware of that. She joins Mr. Ted in Heaven, where she has longed to be since his passing.
