Ernie Polsfuss
OAKLAND — A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. June 1 at the Church of Christ at Sixth and Gibbs in Cottage Grove for Ernie Polsfuss of Oakland, formerly of Cottage Grove, who died April 6 of liver disease. He was 70.
He was born Sept. 30, 1941, in Detroit, Mich., to Gordon and Ann Logsdon Polsfuss.
He attended Eugene School of Business College. He worked many years as a welder.
Survivors include his father, of Winston; a son, Aaron of Oakland; a daughter, Terri Davis of Brownsville; a sister, Bonnie Trunkey of Winston; and four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
