Born in Lebanon, Dickerson was an administrative assistant at Network Reserve in Elizabethtown and a member of Jehovah's Witnesses, Kingdom Hall Hodgenville.

She was preceded in death by: her grandparents, Brown and Grave Mattingly and Benedict and Joseph Peterson Sr.

Survivors include: her husband, Martin Dickerson of New Haven; a son, Patrick Dickerson of New Haven; mother, Clara Elizabeth Mattingly Peterson, Lebanon; father and stepmother, Benedict Joseph, Jr., and Bessie Peterson, Lebanon; and two sisters, Debra Lynn Calvin of Chillicothe, Ohio, and Elissa Dawn Meeks, Lebanon.

Funeral service: 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 24, at Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home with burial in the St. Catherine Cemetery in New Haven.

Carrey Lou Dickerson, 34, New Haven, died at her residence Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2010. Born in Lebanon, Dickerson was employed as an administrative assistant at Network Reserve in Elizabethtown. She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses, Kingdom Hall, Hodgenville.

She was preceded in death by: her grandparents, Brown and Grace Mattingly and Benedict Joseph Peterson Sr. Survivors include: her husband, Martin Dickerson, New Haven; a son, Patrick Dickerson, New Haven; mother, Clara Elizabeth Mattingly Peterson, Lebanon; father and stepmother, Benedict Joseph, Jr., and Bessie Peterson, Lebanon; and two sisters, Debra Lynn Calvin, Chillicothe, Ohio, and Elissa Dawn Meeks, Lebanon.

The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 24, at Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home, New Haven, with burial in the St. Catherine Cemetery in New Haven. Congregation Elder Arlie Bradley officiated. Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
