Dana M. Pennington Cox 42, of Sebastian, Florida died Sunday, October 19, 2008. Dana worked for Southwest Airlines for the past 14 years. Dana obtained a Bachelor's degree from Ball State University in 1989. Dana was an experienced traveler and enjoyed scuba diving, snow skiing, white water rafting, sky diving and various other outdoor adventures. Her motto was Live, Love, and Laugh.
Dana is survived by her high school sweetheart whom she married this past January, Rick Cox; her stepchildren, Richard, Ryan, Ross Cox; her parents, Chester and Mary Pennington; and her sisters, Carolyn Richey and Angela Ruth.
Dana was a 1984 grad of Mount Vernon High School in Fortville Indiana.
Services will be held on Saturday October 25, 2008 2:00 PM at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center- Decatur Township with visitation there, Friday, October 24th from 4-8PM. Burial will be at West Newton Cemetery. Family and friends are encouraged to sign the online guest book and share a memory with the family at www.flannerbuchanan.com.
