Two persons died of colitis in Pemiscot county this week.
Mrs. Betty Lowry, 69, died at her home at Stanley Monday, exactly a week after the death of her husband, the late William T. Lowry, of colitis. She was born at Sedalia, Ky., on April 28, 1871, but had lived in this state for many years.
Funeral services were conducted from the Stanley church at 2 o'clock this afternoon by the Rev. Owen Doss of Blytheville, Ark. Burial was in Dry Bayou cemetery.
