Essie Belle PEARSON, daughter of Thomas and Roxie PEARSON, was born September 1, 1884, in Greene County, where she lived all her life. She departed this life in Bloomfield, December 30, 1902, at the age of 18 years, 3 months and 18 days. She was married to LeRoy BUCKNER, April 8, 1902. She was converted in the year 1901 and became a member of the Church of God, and continued to live a devoted Christian life, and jut before her death gave friends and relatives the assurance of meting her peace. The funeral took place Wednesday, the Rev. H. H. Allen officiating.
