Mrs. Marshall was born in Richmond. She was the widow of Willard W. Marshall. She was a member of Park Place United Methodist Church and United Daughters of the Confederacy.
Survivors include two daughters, Margaret M. Honbarger and Martha M. Fansler, both of Norfolk; three sisters, Julia P. Robins and Jane P. Wall, both of Richmond and Virginia P. Wiley of Norfolk; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Park Place United Methodist Church by the Rev. Francis E. Collins. Burial will be private. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling arrangements.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 20 Koger Executive Center, Suite 233, Norfolk, 23502.
