Mrs. Rudolph Paulsen, 75, of 2122 Calumet Dr., New Holstein, died early today after a lingering illness at Sheboygan County Hospital. She had been confined there for 11 months.
The former Minnie Arens, she was born in the Town of New Holstein Feb. 25, 1887, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Arens. She attended the district school and was married to Rudolph Paulsen at New Holstein Oct. 6, 1906. Mrs. Paulsen was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, New Holstein; the Equitable Reserve Association, the Order of Eastern Star Chapter 262; the Royal Neighbors and the Sewing Club at New Holstein.
Survivors are her husband; three sons, Milton of La Cross, Norman of Racine and Elmer of New Holstein; a daughter, Mrs. Harry (Rola) Franson, St. Petersburg, Fla., and nine grandchildren. Several brothers and sisters preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at St. John's United Church of Christ, the Rev. Charles Koch, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the New Holstein City Cemetery.
