Mrs. Parsel was born to the late Frank and Eva (Holsinger) Plummer.

She married Lloyd Parsel on July 19, 1936, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 20, 1970.

Rosie had lived in Crestline since 1985, moving from Bucyrus. She was employed at the the Huddle restaurant in Crestline as an organist for 38 years, where she was known as "Rosie at the organ." She catered and served dinners for the Bucyrus Lions Club for 12 years. Mrs. Parsel was a member of the Calvary United Church of Christ, Crestline, and was a graduate of the Crestline High School Class of 1934. Rosie enjoyed music, crafts and flowers.

She is survived by her two daughters, Janie Rawlins, Crestline and Betty Stockmaster, New Washington, two grandsons, Glen Stockmaster, New Washington and Wayne and Kristy Stockmaster, Norwalk, a great-grandson, Austin Stockmaster, New Washington and her two great-granddaughters, Haylie and Sydnee Stockmaster, Norwalk.

She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Butch and Ed Plummer and three sisters, Mary Curren, Sarah Solinger and Frances Heidlebaugh and her two son-in-laws, Harold Stockmaster and Jim Rawlins.
