She was born February 7, 1905, at Orlando, a daughter of the late Nathan and Ollie Skinner Parmer.
In 1923, she was married to Willie Lee Barnett, who preceded her in death in 1963.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Betty Jean Mick of Jarrettsville, Md.; one son, Dale L. Barnett of Parkersburg; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one infant son, one brother, and two sisters.
Mrs. Barnett was a homemaker and a Methodist.
Funeral services were held at 11 am Monday, December 11, at Floyd Funeral Home. Interment followed in the Orlando Cemetery.
