Judy was a daughter of Judith Kutchkus and Newark J. Legg, Jr. She graduated from Pittston Area High School in 1982, and then attended Luzerne County Community College and Penn State University.
On May 23, 1992, she married Gus Panagakos (my cousin) at Saint Casimer's Church in Pittston, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The couple had two children: Shane William and Kallysta Mariya.
Judy was employed by Crystal Vision Center in Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, as an optician. She was a member of the Gate of Heaven Church in Dallas, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, where she was a bell ringer.
Cause of Death: Breast Cancer
