Margery M. Davis of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Masury, Ohio, died at 10:02 PM Friday (1-2-2009) in the Riverview Community Nursing Home. She was 82.
Mrs. Davis was born in Sharon, Pennsylvania on September 16, 1926, a daughter of Anthony and Anna May (Offensend) Palette.
A homemaker, Margery was a member of Hubbard Church of the Nazarene; and while in Cincinnati, the
Daughters of the American Revolution. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, card playing, and word search puzzles.
Survivors include: her daughters, Sharon Rupert, Masury, OH and Donna Jewell, Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Laurelin Rupert, Elizabeth Rupert, Rebecca Rupert, Suzanne Rupert, Jeffrey Jewell, and Gregory Jewell, and a great-grandson Dario Cortes.
She was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, James H. Davis, whom she married May 29, 1954, he died January 27, 2001; by her son, Scott Lee Davis; and by her brothers, Raymond & Fred Palette.
