A devoted wife and helpmate, Florence was an extremely caring mother and homemaker extraordinaire. She was an avid golfer, bridge player, crossword fanatic, and a gifted musician, dancer, and seamstress. Florence and "Andy" made many good friends in the various places they lived throughout their lives in Stephanson, Mich., various World War II army bases, Fond du Lac, Wis., Bloomington, Minn., Wisconsin Dells, Wis., Schaumberg, Ill., and Hot Springs Village, Ark. Her family and friends are delighted that she is reunited with her best friend and buddy, and that "Frank and Flo" are in the Lord.
Survivors include her five children; 20 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a sister, June Voelker of Wauwatosa; a daughter-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years on Jan. 4, 2004; and two sons, Thomas and Michael.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 12, 2006, at 11 a.m. from ST. CECILIA'S CATHOLIC CHURCH in Wisconsin Dells. Monsignor Felix Oehrlein will preside with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Wisconsin Dells.
