Chan Pagano was a loving free willed spirit who died tragically on October 1, 1988 in Palm Harbor Florida after returning from a get together of friends, on a county road. With bright blue eyes, and sunbleached hair, he was dazzling, and playful personality always shown through. His dream was to enter the marines, as he loved the ocean and the freedom to express his carefree spirit. With him, Albert Lesky, Shannon Medeiros and Christina Fikaris parished in Chan's chrysler Lebaron convertible. He was beatiful to me and a myriad of fellow friends and family. He survived only a few minutes before bayflighted to Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. He his in my heart and prayers over a hundred times a day, and I wil always love him. I was blessed to have been his friend and to have known him, even if for only a short time. I dedicate the song "I will remember you" by Sara Mclachlan, because each time I hear the song, happy loving memories always flood my mind--and that's my fondest remembrance of you and your smile.
