KERRVILLE — Mrs. Catherine Overley Chidester, age 53, of Kerrville, Texas, died on Friday, July 19, 2013, in a Kerrville hospital. Catherine (Cathy) was born on January 8, 1960, in Greenwood, Mississippi, to the parents of Kenneth Overley and Ann Taylor Overley.
Catherine married Robert Chidester on December 27, 1981, in Greenville, Mississippi.
Survivors, Husband, Parents, Son, all of Kerrville, TX; Sisters, James and Shelia of Canyon Lake, Robert and Debbie of Mountain Home and Tracey of Kerrville; Grandchildren, Jakob and Eliana of Kerrville; Nieces, Nickie of Ingram, Lisa of San Antonio, Jamie and Elizabeth of Kerrville; Nephews, Hunter and Trace n of Ingram; Great Nieces, Jade, Destiny and Trinity; Great Nephews, Tanner and Garrett; Mother-in-law, Carolyn Sister-in-law, Cindy and Sister-in-law, Debbie and Charles . Catherine was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Overley, Jr.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at Living Tree Baptist Church, in Ingram, Texas, with Brother Thomas Jeffers, officiating. Interment to follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Memorial remembrances may be made to the Cathy Chidester Memorial Fund at Wells Fargo Bank.
